One of the most frequent ways we work with Realtors is through referrals on the selling side. The Realtor is able to maintain the listing and simply brings us in as their partner to meet the client’s goals.  Our firm takes control of the marketing, while keeping your name and logo front and center with ours. The many Realtors who have worked with us walk away happy and thankful that we could be a solution to their clients' problems.

Every year, we pay thousands of dollars to Realtors who refer listings to us or who register buyers at our auctions.  We pay 25% of our commission to any Realtor who registers and represents their client as the successful buyer.  There are strict guidelines that need to be followed, so please read the Broker Compensation Form carefully before you fill it out.
